This was such a fun evening! The team that does it is the most adorable couple with a really fun story. Being from the US I never knew how great olive oil could be! If you want a fun early evening with a few friends or family members or just a moment alone try this! I promise you might leave with some superb olive oil!

Delicious Paella & Sangria Class

Javier put on such a joyful experience for my wife and I (we are new to the neighbourhood), that we decided to book another class with three of our friends two weeks later! The admission fee was very reasonable for a visit of approximately three hours. Javier was the only staff member for both sessions. He provided interesting history of the cuisine and maintained a relaxed, calm instruction throughout. We made one seafood paella with the two of us, and then two paellas (seafood and traditional Valenciana) with the five of us a couple weeks later. The food was spectacular! And the sangria very refreshing. We absolutely loved the atmosphere in a relaxed, casual setting. We highly recommend Javier‘s paella and sangria class. We consider Javier our friend now and we will be back for continued visits.

Fantastic wine tasting

Yira was a fantastic host. We went as a group of girls on a hen do and were paired up with another small group. We had so much fun, Yira was so knowledgeable and she made the whole experience 10/10!!
