Start from the main train station in Murcia, Estación de Murcia del Carmen. Purchase a ticket to Cartagena at the ticket counter or machine. Board the train heading to Cartagena. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cartagena train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Calle de la Concepción.

From the city center of Murcia, head to the bus terminal at Estación de Autobuses de Murcia. Look for buses heading to Cartagena, which run frequently. Purchase your ticket at the terminal. The bus ride takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you reach Cartagena, disembark at the main bus stop, which is close to the city center.

Walking from Cartagena Train or Bus Station
From the Cartagena train or bus station, exit and walk towards Avenida de América. Turn left onto Calle de la Concepción and continue straight until you reach Plaza de España. From Plaza de España, take the first right onto Calle del Cañón, which will lead you towards P.º Alfonso XII. Continue walking until you reach Muralla del Mar, which will be on your left.
