Car
If you are driving, take the A-15 highway from Pamplona towards Tafalla. After approximately 35 kilometers, take the exit towards Marcilla (exit 76). Follow the signs for Marcilla, and as you enter the town, continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Cava. The Castillo de Marcilla will be located at Pl. de la Cava, 1, 31340 Marcilla, Navarra. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
To reach Castillo de Marcilla by public transport from Pamplona, take a bus from the Pamplona Bus Station to the town of Marcilla. The bus service runs regularly, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Marcilla bus station, exit the station and walk towards Plaza de la Cava (about a 10-minute walk). The Castillo de Marcilla is located at Pl. de la Cava, 1. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance for return trips.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from either Pamplona or Tafalla. The drive takes approximately 30-40 minutes from Pamplona, depending on traffic. Be prepared for a fare that may range from €40 to €60, depending on your starting point. Taxis can drop you off directly at the entrance of the Castillo de Marcilla located at Pl. de la Cava, 1.
