If you are near the Plaza del Castillo, head southeast towards Calle de la Estafeta. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Dormitalería. Turn left onto Calle Dormitalería, and you will find the Catedral Metropolitana de Santa María la Real de Pamplona at number 1 on your right.
