Walking
If you are starting from the central square of Pamplona (Plaza del Castillo), head west towards Calle Estafeta. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Plaza de la Paz. Take the first exit onto Avenida de Bayona. Follow this avenue until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Paz. Turn left onto Calle de la Paz and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will see the entrance to Parque de la Ciudadela ahead. Enter the park and walk towards the western edge, where you will find the Fortín de San Bartolomé. The fort is located within the park, so simply follow the paths leading towards the fort.

Public Transport
From the central bus station (Estación de Autobuses), take bus line 21 towards 'San Jorge'. Get off at the stop 'Calle San Bartolomé'. From the bus stop, walk straight along Calle San Bartolomé until you reach the entrance of Parque de la Ciudadela. Enter the park and follow the paths leading to Fortín de San Bartolomé. It should be a short walk from the park entrance.
