If you are driving, start from the town of Potes, which is approximately 15 km from Hayedo de las Ilces. From Potes, take the N-621 road towards the east. After about 7 km, you will reach a junction; take the left fork to the CA-185 road. Continue on CA-185 for about 5 km until you reach the village of Camaleño. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Hayedo de las Ilces as you drive through Camaleño. The entrance to Hayedo de las Ilces is located near the coordinates 43.1114° N, 4.7700° W. There is no entry fee for the forest.
