Experience Thrills and Scenic Views at Monte Igueldo Amusement Park

Getting There

• Bus

  From the city center, head to the bus stop at Plaza de Gipuzkoa. Take bus number 16 towards Igueldo. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Monte Igueldo' stop, which is the last stop. From there, you will see signs directing you to Parque de Atracciones Monte Igueldo, which is only a short walk away.

• Funicular

  You can also reach Parque de Atracciones Monte Igueldo by taking the funicular from the city. Start at the Plaza de Ondarreta, where you will find the funicular station. The funicular ride takes around 5 minutes and offers stunning views of the coastline. Once you arrive at the top, follow the signs to Parque de Atracciones Monte Igueldo, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the station.

• Walking

  If you enjoy walking and want to take in the scenery, you can hike to Monte Igueldo. Start from the city center and head towards the Paseo de la Concha. Continue along the promenade until you reach the foot of Monte Igueldo. The trail is well-marked and takes around 1 hour to reach the top. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the amusement park.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi. You can hail a taxi from anywhere in the city. Provide the driver with the address: 'De Igeldo Ibilbidea, 183, 20008 Donostia-San Sebastian'. The ride will take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
