Walking
From the center of Anuradhapura, start at the Sri Maha Bodhi tree located in the Bodhi Gaya area. Head southeast towards the Anuradhapura Railway Station. Once you reach the station, continue straight to reach the junction where you will find the A9 highway. Cross the highway and continue straight onto Trincomalee Road (A11). Follow this road for about 14 kilometers. You will see signs for Hurulu Eco Park along the way. The entrance will be on your right.

Tuk-tuk
You can hire a tuk-tuk from any point in Anuradhapura. Ask the driver to take you to Hurulu Eco Park on Trincomalee Road. It is approximately a 30-minute ride, depending on traffic. The drivers are familiar with the route, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way. Be sure to clarify the fare before starting your journey.

Public Bus
From the Anuradhapura bus station, take a bus heading towards Habarana. Confirm with the bus conductor that it stops at Hurulu Eco Park or along Trincomalee Road. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the park's stop, walk towards the entrance, which is well marked.
