From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the Nuwara Eliya Bus Station located on Main Street. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading to Ella. You can ask locals or the staff at the bus station for directions to the right platform. The bus ride to Ella will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival at Ella, disembark and follow the main road, Wellawaya-Ella-Kumbalwela Hwy, towards Ravana Waterfall. It is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the bus stop, and you will see signs pointing you towards the waterfall. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

From the center of Nuwara Eliya, find a tuk-tuk near the main square or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ravana Waterfall in Ella. The tuk-tuk ride should take around 1 hour. The driver will take the Wellawaya-Ella-Kumbalwela Hwy, and you can enjoy the beautiful landscape on your way. Once you arrive, the driver can drop you off at the entrance to the waterfall area.
