From Batticaloa town, head northeast on the A4 road towards Trincomalee. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction at Valaichchenai. Turn left onto the A15 road towards Pasikuda. Follow this road for approximately 12 kilometers, passing through Valaichchenai and continuing straight until you see the signs for Pasikuda Beach. The beach access points will be on your left. Parking is available near the beach, where small fees may apply.

Start at Batticaloa Bus Station and take a local bus heading towards Trincomalee. Ensure the bus stops at Valaichchenai as you will need to get off there.
