If you are in the Bentota Beach area, start by heading south along the beach road (Galle Road). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Bentota River Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will see signs directing you to Bentota Ganga. Continue straight for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at Bentota Ganga.

From your hotel or accommodation in Bentota, you can hail a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver 'Bentota Ganga' or show them the location on your phone. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at the nearest point to the river.

If you are near the Bentota bus station, take a bus heading towards Galle or Ambalangoda. Get off at the Bentota River Bridge stop. From there, you can walk towards Bentota Ganga, which is about a 10-minute walk along the riverbank. Look for signs directing you to the river.
