From Colombo Fort, take bus number 250 towards Negombo. The bus stop is located near the Fort Railway Station. Stay on the bus for about 1 hour until you reach the Pamunugama stop. Once you get off, head towards the main road and look for signs directing you to Muthurajawela Visitor Centre, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Tuk-Tuk
If you're at a central location like Galle Face or Colombo Fort, you can hire a tuk-tuk to Muthurajawela Visitor Centre. Agree on the fare before starting your journey. It should cost around 1500-2000 LKR, and the ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to show the driver the destination address: 'Muthurajawela Visitor Centre, Bopitiya'.

Train and Bus Combination
From Colombo Fort, take a train to Negombo. You can check the train schedule at the station. After arriving at Negombo, exit the train station and take a local bus or tuk-tuk to Pamunugama. The journey from Negombo to Pamunugama will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Pamunugama, ask locals for directions to Muthurajawela Visitor Centre, which is a short walk away.
