If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the town of Nuwara Eliya. From the city center, take the A5 road heading towards the Horton Plains National Park. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the entrance of Horton Plains. Make sure to pay the entrance fee, which is around 1,500 LKR for foreign visitors. Once inside the park, follow the signs towards World's End. The drop is approximately a 6-kilometer hike from the park entrance, and it should take about 2-3 hours to reach the viewpoint. Ensure you start early, as the park opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 2:00 PM.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Kandy or Colombo to Nuwara Eliya. The bus journey from Kandy takes about 2.5 hours and costs around 200 LKR. Once you arrive in Nuwara Eliya, you can take a local tuk-tuk or a taxi to Horton Plains National Park, which is about 30 kilometers away. The tuk-tuk ride may cost you around 1,500 LKR. Upon arriving at the park, you will need to pay the entrance fee of about 1,500 LKR for foreign tourists. Follow the signs to World's End, which is a 6-kilometer hike from the entrance. Plan your trip accordingly, as the park opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 2:00 PM.
