From any location in the Dry Zone, head towards Nonagama. Use GPS or a map application to navigate to the coordinates 6.1122554, 80.9860765. If you are coming from a major city like Anuradhapura or Dambulla, take the A9 road south, then transition to the A12 road towards Nonagama. Upon reaching Nonagama, look for signs directing you to Ussangoda Junction, where the park is located. Parking is available at the entrance, and there may be a small entrance fee, so ensure to carry cash.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take a bus from your current location to Nonagama. Buses are frequent, but it's advisable to check the latest schedule. Once in Nonagama, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk to Ussangoda Junction, which is approximately 2 kilometers from the bus stop. The tuk-tuk fare should range around 200-300 LKR.
