    Car

    If you are driving from the Eastern Province towards Kandy, take the A6 highway. Continue on A6 until you reach the junction near Hunnasgiriya. Turn onto the A26 road towards Kandy. Follow the A26 for about 40 kilometers until you reach Kandy. Once in Kandy, look for signs directing you to the city center and the Sri Dalada Maligawa. Rajapihilla Mawatha will be on your left; follow this road. The Kandy view point is located near the end of this road, with parking available nearby.

    Public Transportation (Bus)

    To travel by bus, head to your nearest bus station in the Eastern Province. Look for buses heading to Kandy, usually marked with 'Kandy' on the front. The journey may take around 3-4 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Kandy bus station, you can either walk to Rajapihilla Mawatha or take a tuk-tuk for a small fee (approximately 200-300 LKR) to the view point.
