From Ella town, start at the Ella Railway Station. Head west on the Main Street (A23) towards the direction of the bus stand. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the junction near the Ella Rock entrance. Take a right turn onto the small road that leads towards Ella Rock. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer, passing through lush green scenery and a few small shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the signposts leading to the viewpoint. As you approach the viewpoint, you will see signs for Foggy Road. Continue straight ahead until you reach Foggy Road.
Tuk-tuk

From Ella town, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any point in the area. Ask the driver to take you to Foggy Road. Provide them with the coordinates: 6.8500194 latitude and 81.0599858 longitude if they are not familiar with the location. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Ella. Start from the town center and head towards the Main Street (A23). Follow the same route as if you were walking: ride past the Ella Railway Station, continue down Main Street, and take a right at the junction towards Ella Rock. The ride will take about 25 minutes, and you'll enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Once you reach the viewpoint, continue straight to Foggy Road.
