Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Ella, specifically near the Ella Railway Station. Head south on the main road (A23) towards the town center. Continue straight until you reach the Ella Rock viewpoint sign on your left. Turn left onto the path that leads up to Ella Rock. Follow the signs and the trail, which will take you through beautiful tea plantations. The path may be steep in places, so be prepared for a bit of a hike. After about 45 minutes to 1 hour of walking, you will reach the viewpoint overlooking the tea lands, which offers stunning panoramic views.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Ella, typically found near the main road. Begin your journey from the town center and cycle towards the A23 road. Follow the road south for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the Ella Rock trailhead. Park your bicycle at the designated area and proceed on foot as the path becomes narrow and steep. Continue on the trail for about 30-45 minutes until you reach the View Point (Tea Land). Enjoy the scenery along the way!
