From Galle Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Galle Fort entrance. Once inside the fort, follow the signs towards the ramparts. Head towards the southern end of the fort where Flag Rock Bastion is located.

If you prefer a tuk-tuk, you can hire one from various locations in Galle. Tell the driver you want to go to Flag Rock Bastion, and they will take you directly to the site. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
