    If you are driving from Hambantota town, take the A2 highway heading southeast towards Tissamaharama. After approximately 30 kilometers, keep an eye out for the signs indicating Bundala National Park. Take the right turn onto the B516 road towards Bundala. Continue for about 8 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Bundala National Park. From the entrance, drive for another 5 kilometers to reach Bundala Lewaya. Be prepared for a possible entrance fee for the park which is generally around LKR 3000 per vehicle.

    To reach Bundala Lewaya using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Hambantota bus station to Tissamaharama. Buses run frequently and the fare is approximately LKR 50.
