From Hikkaduwa Beach, head south along the coastline on the main road, Galle Road (A2). Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by several guesthouses and small shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the Midigama area signs. Once you reach Midigama, you will see the beach on your left. Follow the signs leading to Midigama Beach.

Find a tuk-tuk stand or flag down a tuk-tuk from any point in Hikkaduwa. Tell the driver you want to go to Midigama Beach. It’s about a 10-15 minute ride, depending on traffic. The driver will take you along Galle Road (A2) towards Midigama. You will know you are close when you see the beach on your left-hand side. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location.
