If you're driving from Matara town, head north on the A2 highway towards Weligama. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the exit for Weligama. Take the exit and follow the signs towards Weligama beach. Once you reach the beach area, look for the local roads leading towards Borala. Kitties thune Rock is located at XCWC+QW7, Borala in Weligama. Park your car at a nearby parking area, which may incur a small fee. From the parking area, walk towards the rock formation, approximately a 5-10 minute walk.

To reach Kitties thune Rock via public transportation, take a bus from Matara to Weligama. Buses to Weligama run frequently and the fare is quite inexpensive (around LKR 50). Once you arrive at Weligama, you can either take a tuk-tuk for about LKR 300-400 to Borala or walk towards Borala, which is about 2 kilometers away. After reaching Borala, follow local signs or ask locals for directions to Kitties thune Rock. The rock is a prominent landmark in the area.
