From the entrance of Horton Plains National Park, head south along the main path. After approximately 2 km, you will reach a fork in the trail. Take the left path which leads you towards the direction of the waterfall. Continue for another 1 km and keep an eye out for the signposts indicating Lover's Leap Waterfall. The trail is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes.

If you have a vehicle, drive to the Horton Plains National Park entrance. After entering, park your vehicle at the designated parking area. From there, follow the walking instructions provided above to reach Lover's Leap Waterfall. Note that there may be a small entrance fee for the park, typically around 1,500 LKR for foreign tourists, which is payable at the entrance.

If you're using public transport, first take a bus from Nuwara Eliya to the entrance of Horton Plains National Park. Buses run frequently, and the fare is approximately 50 LKR.
