If you are starting from Jaffna Fort, head southeast towards Hospital Road. Continue on Hospital Road until you reach the intersection with Clock Tower Road. Turn left onto Clock Tower Road, and continue walking straight. After about 10-15 minutes, you will see the Jaffna Public Library on your right, located at M266+VP2.
