Walking
If you are in the center of Jaffna, start at the Jaffna Fort. Exit the fort and head southeast on Hospital Road. Continue on Hospital Road until you reach the junction with Kachcheri Road. Turn left onto Kachcheri Road and walk straight. After about 1 km, you will reach the junction with Nallur Kandaswamy Temple on your right. Continue straight for another 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the A9 highway. Mantri Manai is located on the left side at M2GP+X9V, Jaffna, which is about 200 meters from the intersection.
Bicycle
Start your journey at the Jaffna Central Bus Stand. Head south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Kachcheri Road. Turn right and cycle down Kachcheri Road until you reach Nallur Kandaswamy Temple. Continue past the temple and head straight for another 1 km. You will find Mantri Manai at M2GP+X9V on your left. The route is quite flat and suitable for cycling.
Tuk-Tuk
From any central location in Jaffna, you can easily catch a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver to take you to Mantri Manai, located at M2GP+X9V, Nallur. If you need a reference point, you can mention Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, which is nearby. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
