If you're starting from Jaffna Fort, exit the fort and head south towards KKS Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Beach Road. Turn right onto Beach Road, and walk along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass by various shops and eateries. The MGR Statue is located directly on Beach Road, and you will see it on your left as you approach the shoreline.

If you're at the Jaffna Public Library, exit the library and head east on Library Road. Continue until you reach the junction with KKS Road. Make a left turn onto KKS Road and continue walking. After about 700 meters, turn right onto Beach Road. Walk for another 1 kilometer along Beach Road, and you will find the MGR Statue on your left side.
