Getting There

    Start from Jaffna town center, near the Jaffna Public Library. Head east on Hospital Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Kachcheri Road. Turn left onto Kachcheri Road and walk for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Chundikuli Road. Take a right onto Chundikuli Road. Walk for another 700 meters, and then turn left onto Pannai Road. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will see Pannai Lovers View on your right, marked by a small sign. The area is a lovely spot for views and relaxation.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Jaffna Fort. Head south on Main Street, then take a left onto Hospital Road.
