Getting There

Walking
If you're in the Jaffna town center, start at the Jaffna Fort. Head east on Hospital Road, passing the Jaffna Public Library on your left. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Kandy Road. Turn right onto Kandy Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several small shops and local eateries. After walking for about 15 minutes, keep an eye out for a sign indicating Pannai Park on your left. The park is located in the Small Bazaar area of Chundikuli.

From the Jaffna Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto Kandy Road. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. As you approach the Small Bazaar area, you will see Pannai Park on your right side.
