    Walking

    If you're in the Jaffna town center, start at the Jaffna Fort. Head east on Hospital Road, passing the Jaffna Public Library on your left. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Kandy Road. Turn right onto Kandy Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several small shops and local eateries. After walking for about 15 minutes, keep an eye out for a sign indicating Pannai Park on your left. The park is located in the Small Bazaar area of Chundikuli.

    From the Jaffna Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto Kandy Road. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. As you approach the Small Bazaar area, you will see Pannai Park on your right side. Look for the entrance marked with signs.

    If you are near the Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, exit the temple grounds and head south towards Kandy Road. Turn left onto Kandy Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. Keep walking until you reach the Small Bazaar area. Pannai Park will be on your left side, just past the local shops. Look for the park entrance, which should be well-marked.
