Car
If you are driving from Kandy town, head west on the A26 road towards Katugastota. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Katugastota. Take the second exit onto the A1 highway. Drive for approximately 7 kilometers until you see a sign for Embekka on your left. Turn left onto the road leading to Embekka. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach Embekka Dewalaya, which will be on your right at 210/e, Embekka, Handessa.
Public Transportation
To get to Embekka Dewalaya via public transport, start at the Kandy bus station. Look for buses heading towards Handessa or Peradeniya. Board one of these buses and inform the conductor that you want to get off at Embekka. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the Embekka bus stop, walk approximately 500 meters down the road, and you will find Embekka Dewalaya at 210/e, Embekka, Handessa on your left.
