If you're starting from the Kandy Lake, head northeast along the lakeside path until you reach the main road, Rajapihilla Mawatha. Turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach a junction. At the junction, take a right onto Deveni Rajasinghe Mawatha. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will find Oak Ray Wood Carvings on your left at 9 Deveni Rajasinghe Mawatha.

From the Kandy Railway Station, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver to take you to 9 Deveni Rajasinghe Mawatha. The ride will take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the destination, you will see Oak Ray Wood Carvings on your left.
