To reach the Pitawala Nature Trail from Kandy, find a tuk-tuk in the city center, particularly around the Kandy Lake area. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pitawala Nature Trail, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. The ride will take around 40 minutes. As you travel, enjoy the scenic views of the hills and tea plantations. The tuk-tuk will drop you off near the entrance of the trail.

From the Kandy city center, head to the Kandy Bus Station. Look for buses heading towards Hunnasgiriya or the Knuckles Mountain Range.
