If you're traveling by car, start from Kegalle town and head east on the A1 highway. Follow the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for the B40 road towards Dummala. Continue on the B40 for approximately 12 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Dummala Ella Falls on the left. There is a small parking area near the falls where you can leave your vehicle.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Kegalle town to Mawanella. Buses frequently depart from the Kegalle bus station and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach Mawanella, transfer to a local bus heading towards Dummala. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Dummala Ella Falls. The local bus ride will take about 15 minutes. After disembarking, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the falls, following local signs.

From the nearest bus stop, follow the path that leads you through the lush greenery for about 20-30 minutes.
