Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Kandy. Take the A26 road towards Matale. After approximately 20 km, turn onto the B10 road towards Panwila. Continue on the B10 for about 15 km until you reach the town of Gomara. From Gomara, follow the signs or GPS to CR25+36Q, which is the location of the Five Peaks of Knuckles. Make sure your vehicle has good ground clearance as the roads can be rough in parts.

Public Transportation
To reach the Five Peaks of Knuckles via public transport, start from Kandy. Take a bus from Kandy to Matale, which will cost around LKR 50-100. Once in Matale, transfer to a bus heading to Panwila. The fare will be approximately LKR 50. Upon reaching Panwila, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you to Gomara (about LKR 300-500), and finally to CR25+36Q. Confirm the fare with the driver before departing.

Hiking
If you're already in Knuckles Mountain Range and prefer to hike, start from the nearest village or lodge. Make sure to have a map or guide. The trailhead can vary, but generally, head towards the region of Gomara. The hike to the Five Peaks is strenuous and can take several hours depending on the route you choose. Be prepared with adequate supplies, water, and a suitable hiking kit.
