    From any location in Matara, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver you want to go to the Stilt Fisherman in Koggala. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Just relax and enjoy the scenic views along the coastal road as you head towards Koggala.
