If you are in the center of Matara, start at the Matara Bus Station. From the bus station, head south along the Main Street (Galle Road). Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction near the Matara Clock Tower. At the Clock Tower, turn right onto Golden Island Pathway. Follow Golden Island Pathway for approximately 15 minutes. You will see the entrance to the Parewi Duwa Temple on your left, just before the beach area.
