Walking
From the center of Mirissa, head west towards the main road, Galle-Matara Road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk along the sidewalk, passing by local shops and eateries. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction for Unawatuna. At the junction, take a left onto the Jungle Beach Road. Walk along this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you to the Japanese Peace Pagoda. The pagoda is located on a hilltop, so prepare for a slight incline as you approach.

Tuk-Tuk
From any point in Mirissa, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply ask the driver to take you to the Japanese Peace Pagoda in Unawatuna. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the destination before starting your journey. The driver will take you along Galle-Matara Road, and you will turn left onto Jungle Beach Road. The tuk-tuk will drop you off near the entrance to the pagoda.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Mirissa. Start by cycling west on the Galle-Matara Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left onto Jungle Beach Road. This road will lead you directly to the Japanese Peace Pagoda. The ride is relatively flat, but be cautious as some sections may have traffic. Once you reach the pagoda, lock your bike in the designated area.
