If you are driving, start from Moneragala town and head towards Badulla on the A5 road. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will come to a junction. Take a left onto the B21 road towards Badulla. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the sign for Dunhinda Falls. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the parking area. From the parking area, it is a short walk to the view point.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Moneragala, take a bus heading towards Badulla. Buses depart frequently from the main bus station. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Ask the bus conductor to drop you off at the Dunhinda Falls junction. Once you get off, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer along the road to reach the parking area. Follow the signs to the view point, which is a short hike from the parking area.

Public Transportation - Tuk Tuk
Another option is to hire a tuk-tuk from Moneragala to Dunhinda Falls. Negotiate a fare beforehand; it should cost around 1,500 LKR for a round trip. The tuk-tuk will take you directly to the parking area near the waterfall. The driver will wait for you, so you can take your time exploring the view point.

If you prefer to walk, you can trek from the nearest bus stop at the Dunhinda Falls junction. The walk is about 1 kilometer along a paved path, which is relatively easy and takes about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the path may have some uneven surfaces.
