If you are in the center of Negombo, start your journey by heading towards the beach area. From the beach, walk north along the shoreline until you reach the intersection of Lewis Place. Turn left onto Lewis Place and continue walking until you reach the main road, which is Colombo-Negombo Road. Cross the road and head towards the direction of the Negombo Lagoon. Continue walking straight until you reach Gallison Road. Turn right onto Gallison Road, and The Canoe will be on your left at number 51. The total walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Negombo. Start your ride from the town center and head towards the beach. Cycle along the beach road heading north until you reach Lewis Place. Turn left onto Lewis Place and ride until you hit Colombo-Negombo Road. Cross the road carefully and continue riding straight towards the lagoon. Once you reach Gallison Road, turn right and pedal until you find The Canoe located at 51 Gallison Road. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes.
