Starting from the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the famous Nuwara Eliya Post Office. From there, walk down towards the main road (A5), which is known as the 'Nuwara Eliya - Kandy Road'. Continue walking along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the 'Hewaheta Road'. At this intersection, turn left into Hewaheta Road. Continue on Hewaheta Road for about 800 meters. You will see a signpost directing you towards Elgin Front Fall. Follow the path leading off Hewaheta Road for an additional 500 meters, and you will arrive at Elgin Front Fall.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Nuwara Eliya. Begin at the town center and head towards the Nuwara Eliya Post Office. From there, cycle down to the A5 main road and take a left. Continue cycling along the A5 for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the 'Hewaheta Road' intersection. Turn left onto Hewaheta Road and cycle for about 800 meters. Look for the signpost indicating Elgin Front Fall, and follow the path for another 500 meters to reach your destination.
