From Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, head southeast on the A1 road (Kandy Road) towards Mawanella. Continue on this road for about 4.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Uthuwankanda Viewpoint. The viewpoint is located on Kandy Road, at C 10/5, Walakadayawa. You may need to park your vehicle in a nearby area and walk a short distance to the viewpoint.
Public Transportation (Bus)
