If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Ratnapura city. Head north on the A4 highway towards Kegalle. After approximately 12 kilometers, turn right onto the B46 road towards Bogawantalawa. Continue on this road for about 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Haritha Kanda Peak as you approach Bogawantalawa. Once you reach RP83+J3, you will find the entrance to the trail leading to the peak. Parking is available near the trailhead.
