If you are traveling by car within Horton Plains National Park, start from the main entrance of Horton Plains. Follow the main road towards the Horton Plains National Park Visitor Center. After passing the Visitor Center, continue on the main road until you reach the sign for 'Aggra Falls'. Take a left turn onto the gravel path and follow it for about 1 kilometer. You will see a small parking area at the end of the path where you can park your car. From there, you can follow the marked trail to the lower part of Aggra Falls.

If you are using public transportation, first take a bus or taxi to the Horton Plains National Park entrance. From there, you will need to hire a local guide or a tuk-tuk to reach the lower part of Aggra Falls. The guide will take you along the gravel path towards the falls. Be prepared to negotiate the fare in advance, as prices can vary. Make sure to confirm the return trip as well to ensure you can get back to the park entrance.
