From Ratnapura town, head south on the A4 highway. After approximately 5 km, take a left onto the B20 road. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the junction of the B20 and B24 roads. Turn right onto the B24 and drive for another 6 km. Keep an eye out for the sign pointing towards Lihiniyan Kelina Ella Falls. You may need to park your car at a designated parking area nearby and walk approximately 1 km to the falls. Please note, there may be a small parking fee.
