If you're driving from Ratnapura town, take the A4 road towards Balangoda. After approximately 12 km, turn left onto the Maliboda Road. From Ratnapura, take a bus heading towards Balangoda from the main bus station. After about 12 km, get off at the Maliboda junction. From there, you can either walk along Maliboda Road for approximately 5 km or hire a tuk-tuk for a more convenient ride directly to Nakkavita Ella. The tuk-tuk fare should be around 500 LKR. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
