From Ratnapura, you can take a public bus heading towards Weligepola. Buses are frequent, and the fare is approximately LKR 50. Once you arrive at Weligepola, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can either walk (approximately 2 km) or take a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) to Kottimbulwala Raja Maha Viharaya for around LKR 150.
