Start from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance. Head east along the main road towards the village of Sigiriya. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the road leading to Polonnaruwa. At the junction, turn left onto the Polonnaruwa road (A1). After approximately 500 meters, you will see signs for the Archaeological Museum Complex on your left. Follow the signs leading you to the entrance of the museum.

If you have rented a bicycle, start at the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance and head east along the main road. Pedal for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Polonnaruwa road (A1).
