If you are driving from the main entrance of Udawalawe National Park, head south on the A-4 road. After about 3 kilometers, take a left turn onto Mudunmankada Road. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Athgira River Camp will be on your right side. Look for the signage along the road. Parking is available at the camp.

Public Transportation
Start from the Udawalawe National Park entrance where you can find local buses or tuk-tuks that head towards Udawalawa town. Take a bus heading to Udawalawa town (approximately 15-20 minutes ride). After reaching the town, get off at the bus station and take a tuk-tuk to Mudunmankada Road. The tuk-tuk ride will take about 10 minutes and cost around 200 LKR. Inform the driver that you want to go to Athgira River Camp, which is located on Mudunmankada Road.
