Continue along the main road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the fork. At the fork, take the left turn onto 1st Family Quarters Rd. Walawe Safari is located approximately 1 kilometer down this road on your right. Look for the sign indicating Walawe Safari.

To reach Walawe Safari via public transportation, take a bus from Wellawaya or Ratnapura to Udawalawe. Buses run frequently and the fare is typically around 100-200 LKR. Upon arriving at the Udawalawe bus station, look for a tuk-tuk (three-wheeler) to take you to Walawe Safari. The tuk-tuk ride will cost around 300-500 LKR and will take about 15 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to Walawe Safari located on 1st Family Quarters Rd.
