From Udawalawe National Park, head south on the A4 highway towards Hambantota. After approximately 23 kilometers, you will reach the junction of Bundala National Park. Turn left onto the B10 road, which will take you directly to the entrance of Bundala National Park located in Weligatta. The entire journey should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

To reach Bundala National Park from Udawalawe National Park using public transport, first, take a local bus from Udawalawe to Hambantota. The bus will cost around 50 LKR and takes about 45 minutes.
