Car

If you're traveling by car, start from Nuwara Eliya and take the A5 road towards Horton Plains National Park. Drive for approximately 30 km until you reach the entrance of the park. You'll need to pay an entrance fee (around LKR 3,000 for foreigners). After entering the park, follow the signs to World's End, which is about a 6 km drive from the entrance. There is parking available near the starting point of the trail.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Nuwara Eliya to Horton Plains National Park. Buses typically leave from the main bus station and the fare is around LKR 100-200. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee (approximately LKR 3,000 for foreigners). From the entrance, you can either hike the 6 km trail to Great World's End Drop or hire a local guide for assistance.

Hiking

After parking your car or arriving by bus at the Horton Plains National Park entrance, begin your hike towards Great World's End. The trail is well-marked and the hike will take around 1-2 hours.
