If you are driving from Örebro, take E18 towards Stockholm. After approximately 40 km, take the exit toward Mariefred (Road 57). Follow the signs for Mariefred and then for Marvikarnas Nature Reserve. It is about a 1-hour drive from Örebro. Make sure to park in the designated parking area near the reserve.

Public Transportation
From Örebro, take a train to Mariefred. You can catch a train from Örebro Central Station to Mariefred Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and may require a transfer at Läggesta Station. Once you arrive at Mariefred Station, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a local taxi to the Marvikarnas Nature Reserve. The taxi ride will take approximately 10 minutes and cost around 150-200 SEK.

You can also take a bus from Örebro to Mariefred. Check the local schedules for departures. The bus will drop you off in Mariefred, from where you can either walk or take a taxi to the reserve. If you choose to walk, it will take about 30 minutes.
